Hello and welcome to the Parkview Village Home Owner's Association blog. The main reason for this blog is to serve as a channel for communication among homeowners. As such our first topic will be last night's annual meeting.
Thanks to all of you who attended last night's annual meeting of Parkview Village homeowners. During this meeting we elected new board members to represent the interests of property owners in the complex. Your new board members are as follows:
President: Jacob Humphrey
Treasurer: Jim Bateman
Secretary: John Kindall
Among the many issues discussed last night, the topic of landscaping seemed to be of most concern to a majority of you. Those of you who were present know that you may contact Stephanie Thomas at: stephanie@brinkpm.com in order to voice your suggestions about how the landscapers can improve the job they're doing in your area of the complex. She is also your point of contact for any other issues that need to be addressed.
I'll be updating this blog as time permits. Feel free to post your thoughts or suggestions for the complex here as well. This blog is for homeowners only. If you are a renter and have a complaint those should go to your property owner. Thanks!
